Paul Mengert firmly believes that giving back to the community is among the best things anyone can do. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Association Management Group (AMG), a firm he founded back in 1984 in his hometown of Greensboro, North Carolina, where he also majored in Political Science and Communications at the University of North Carolina. However, he likes to think of himself as more than a CEO of a management company. He is, after all rectified as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School. Not only that, but he has also served on the national senior faculty for the Community Associations Institute.

Put simply, for Paul Mengert, AMG is just part of his life. He also serves as President of the Carolinas Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, where he teaches courses designed to enhance the skills of homeowner's association professionals. These classes are even approved as continuing education credits by many diverse organizations, such as the South Carolina Department of Real Estate, the North Carolina Board of Realtors and even the California Department of Real Estate. Organizations trust Paul Mengert, AMG CEO, to impart his wisdom in these classes because he is seen as a successful expert and authority on the best association management techniques anywhere.
